The Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) was designed to provide strategies, guidance, and a proven plan to survive active shooter events. Topics include the history and prevalence of active shooter events, an understanding of the human body’s mental and physical responses to high stress incidents, and civilian response strategies and tactics. The training is presented by a team of highly trained Plano Police Officers that have been certified through ALERRT
